Disposable tableware can be divided into the following three categories according to the source of raw materials, production process, degradation mode and recovery level:
1. Biodegradation: such as paper products (including pulp molding, paperboard coating), edible powder molding, plant fiber molding, etc.
2. Photo / biodegradable materials: photobiodegradable plastics (non foaming), such as photodegradable PP
3. Easy to recycle materials: such as polypropylene (PP), high impact polystyrene (HIPS), biaxial tensile polystyrene (BOPS), natural inorganic mineral filled polypropylene composite products.
Disposable plastic knives and forks are generally made of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and other materials.
